Banking Investment

The investor must deposit 500,000$ or its equivalent in foreign currencies and deposit it in Turkish lira in the bank and make commitment to hold the amount of deposits for a period of three years.

The investor can buy a property that worth $400,000. The property must be suitable for the citizenship application. The investor must retain ownership of the property for at least three years and can rent the property during that period. The value of the property must be paid in Turkish Lira.

  3. A birth certificate certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs translated and certified by a notary public
  4. A family booklet certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, translated and certified by a notary public
  5. Passport translated and certified by a notary
  6. Bank receipt but the amount deposited from the bank
  7. Birth certificates for children under 18 certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, translated and certified by a notary public
  8. The last educational certificate obtained, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, translated and certified by a notary public
    1. Photocopy of the Tabu (The title deed of the purchase)
    2. Valid property valuation report (report valid for three months).‎
    3. Payment receipts from the buyer’s account stamped with a direct stamp ‎from the bank.‎
    4. Receipts from the seller’s account stamped with a direct stamp of ‎the bank
    5. Two copies of the special power of attorney regarding the request of ‎obtaining citizenship.‎
    6. Translation of the passport to Turkish language and ratifying it at the ‎Notary in Turkey for all family members (husband + wife + children ‎under 18).
